Mr. Bukenya Paul, the Public Relations Officer of the Electoral Commission, confirmed this development to Radio Qfm news desk.
Justice Byabakama Mugenyi, the Chairperson of the EC, will personally oversee the launch of the program in Dokolo on Monday.
The Commission plans to convene with all stakeholders before unveiling the roadmap for both local government and Woman MP positions.
These by-elections aim to fill the vacancy left by the passing of Hon. Cecilia Barbara Atim Ogwal.
