Lango District Chairpersons and Mayor's Forum have written a letter denouncing the move by the Electoral Commission to organize elections for the new Won Nyaci

In a letter signed by Dk Odongo, the association's Chairperson, there is no need to organize elections when the current Paramount Chief, Yosam Odur Ebii has not abdicated the office.

Odongo said that for elections to happen, Yosam Odur Ebii must abdicate his office for the Minister of Gender, Labour and Social Development to gazzate it on Uganda Gazzate.
