RDC Hails CAO for Improving Staff Discipline in Dokolo

The Resident District Commissioner (RDC) of Dokolo, Babra Akech, has commended Chief Administrative Officer Grangfil Oryono Omonda for instilling discipline, professionalism, and respect for public office among district staff.

RDC Akech noted that before Omonda’s leadership, lateness and absenteeism were widespread among district employees, affecting service delivery. She pledged her full support to the CAO’s efforts.

Tonny Odongo Ocen, the Vice Chairperson LCV, speaking on behalf of Chairperson James Otoo Apili, said the CAO had introduced significant changes in staff timekeeping, personal presentation, and workplace relations. He added that Omonda has helped strengthen the civil service code of conduct among both political and technical staff.

In his remarks, CAO Omonda appreciated the warm reception from the people of Dokolo and promised to promote teamwork, development, and unity among leaders.

MP Sarah Aguti Nyangkori also praised the CAO for building team spirit among district staff, saying this will enhance service delivery to the community.
