Wolves Security Guards arrested over murder of Ultimate guard

Two security guards have been arrested to aid Jinja police in investigation following fatal shooting in Buwenge.
SP James Mubi, PRO KIIRA police region has identified the two private security guards attached to Wolves have been identified as John Ssabagabo, 20, and Patrick Obbo, 40. The duo were guarding MTN Service Centre in Buwenge town council, Jinja district.
"On Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at around 1am, two assailants yet to be identified and arrested attacked the private guards deployed at MTN Service Centre", said SP Mubi.
According to preliminary findings, the suspected murderers opened fire against the guards killing one identified as Calvin Abia attached to Ultimate Security limited, the deceased was guarding EV Assets management company limited.
Mubi says the police sniffer dog was introduced to the scene where one fired cartridge case was recoverd pending submission to forensics for thorough analysis. SAR rifle was also recovered.
Prosecution guided investigations are ongoing to have the culprits arrested.
