The 18th Provincial Prayer Peace Week set

Koboko Parish has been chosen to host the GANAL provincial prayer peace week from 20th - 24th January 2025.

This huge event will bring together many people from the entire GANAL province consisting of the Dioceses of Gulu, Arua, Nebbi and Lira(GANAL). 

All the 4 Bishops are expected to attend the prayer peace week. 

The "GANAL" Peace Prayer Week was initiated by His Grace John Baptist Odama, the Archbishop(Emeritus) of Gulu Archdiocese in 2005, to unite all the people of the province and ensure that they live in peace and harmony despite their cultural diversity. 

Since then, it has been celebrated annually on a rotational basis. 

This year's host, His Lordship the Rt Rev. Sabino Ocan Odoki, Bishop of Arua Diocese recently launched and blessed the preparation on Sunday 28th July 2024 with Holy mass at koboko Catholic parish.
