A Gesture of Compassion as Minister of Health, Dr. Aceng Ocero exhibits generosity
Uganda’s Minister of Health, Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng Ocero has made a heartfelt donation to Bishop Sanctus Lino Wanok, and Fr. Isaac Ojok.
The event, held at the newly elevated Parish, St. Peters Anai, was attended by local leaders, clergy, and community members eager to witness this moment of generosity.
Dr. Aceng, known for her dedication to public health and community welfare, handed over an envelope containing the cash donation, emphasizing her commitment to supporting faith-based initiatives that uplift society.
Similarly, Dr. Aceng who also doubles as Woman Member of Parliament for Lira City made a cash contribution of 20 million to facilitate the purchase of chairs at the newly elevated St. Peter Catholic Parish, Anai.
"Bishop Wanok and Fr. Ojok have been instrumental in guiding and serving the people,” she said.
This contribution is a token of appreciation for their tireless efforts in spiritual growth.
