The late Cecilia Barbara Atim Ogwal was the woman representative for Dokolo district in the 11th Parliament of Uganda.
She breathed last in an Indian hospital on January 18 2024, succumbing to cancer-related illness that did not last long.
Despite being an opposition MP under the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC), her selfless dedication to service earned her a state Burial.
